Tomysha smashed the Oceania U18 Long Jump record with a 6.20m jump. The previous record was 5.87m. She took the gold medal in her last jump.

As an aside, with her winning jump, she would have won the U20 event AND broken the U20 record. The U20 record was 5.98m but now stands at 6.02m after today's event.
